Plan time to make plans
Autumn is the time to make plans and budgets for next season, so make sure you plan early enough to give yourself time to get any changes in place.

Also this is the time to think about the training needs for you and your staff this winter. If any computer/software upskilling is needed, this is the time to do organise it.
