Shipping and returns

Downloadable Products
Refunds cannot be made on downloadable products after activation or registration. Due to the nature of these products, we are not guaranteed return of the product. If you have any problems with your downloaded product, we will do our best to remedy them.

Returns & Defective Goods Policy
Physical items can be returned, if they are defective, damaged in transit or if an incorrect item has been shipped. Please notify CompuSense within 7 days of receipt. We will promptly refund your money or replace the items. Refunds or exchanges are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods. Refunds or exchanges do not include original shipping and handling charges.

All products returned MUST be as new condition, complete and contain ALL materials and accessories included with the original shipment. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund or credit.

Please include

  • Your full name and address.

  • The name of the product.

  • Your reason for wishing to return the product and whether you want a refund or replacement.

  • In the case of damaged product, please provide us with a full description of the damage and if possible photos showing the damage.

CompuSense will notify you via e-mail of your refund once the returned item has been received and processed. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return.

Non-Defective Goods
For warranty claims on faulty goods, if we receive a product that is found to be non-faulty, the customer will have to pay for the shipping cost before the non-faulty item is returned to the customer.

Shipping
CompuSense tries to keep shipping cost to a minimum and generally ships goods 1-4 working days from date of clearance of payment. For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 days. If there are shipping delays you will be notified with an expected delivery date.
